The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic urged Kyrgyz citizens abroad to check their names on the voter lists.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic has drawn the attention of citizens located outside the country to the importance of checking their information in the voter lists ahead of the upcoming early parliamentary elections scheduled for November 30, 2025.

The ministry clarified that voting abroad can be done at any polling station, regardless of consular registration. To participate in the voting, one must be registered at their place of residence in Kyrgyzstan, provide biometric data, and be at least 18 years old.

Citizens can check their information in the voter lists on the "Tizme" portal until November 19, 2025. In case of errors, voters have the opportunity to submit an electronic application through the "Voter's Cabinet".
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly urges Kyrgyz citizens living or temporarily staying abroad not to delay checking their information to avoid issues on voting day.
A total of 100 polling stations have been organized outside the country in 89 cities across 34 countries. The largest number of stations is open in Russia — 40, followed by Turkey with 8 stations, Kazakhstan — 7, the USA — 6, South Korea — 4, and Italy — 3.
Two stations operate in Germany, China, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Additionally, one station has been established in cities such as Cairo, Ashgabat, Baku, Brussels, Budapest, Vienna, Doha, Dushanbe, Geneva, Islamabad, Kuala Lumpur, London, Minsk, New Delhi, Paris, Tashkent, Tehran, Tokyo, Kuwait City, Ulaanbaatar, Sofia, Warsaw, Prague, and Bratislava.
