The Central Election Commission for Elections and Referendums continues its work to expand the network of polling stations for citizens of Kyrgyzstan located outside the country.
At a meeting held on November 5, a decision was made to establish three new polling stations in Kazakhstan, in the cities of Almaty, Taraz, and Shymkent.
With the addition of these stations, the total number of overseas polling stations has reached 100.
It is worth noting that on October 18, 2025, the Central Election Commission already approved the creation of 71 polling stations for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, and then, on October 24 and 27, an additional 20 and 6 stations were added, respectively.
According to information from the Central Election Commission, such measures are aimed at protecting the electoral rights of citizens of Kyrgyzstan who reside abroad temporarily or permanently.
