According to this standard, the process of searching for and directing citizens of Kyrgyzstan to official job vacancies outside the country will be carried out in accordance with unified rules and established procedures within the framework of state programs, intergovernmental, and international agreements.
The Employment Center for Citizens Abroad, operating under the Ministry of Labor, will be responsible for providing this service. In accordance with the new document, the ministry must ensure transparency at all stages, including selection, preparation of necessary documents, and the departure of migrants. Additionally, the center is required to improve the quality of service and simplify the procedures related to employment abroad.
