This decision was made in accordance with a number of laws, including "On Veterans of War, Armed Forces, and Workers of the Rear," "On the Basics of Social Services for the Population in the Kyrgyz Republic," "On Social Protection of the Families of Those Who Died and Were Injured as a Result of Events that Occurred in April-June 2010," as well as "On the Status of the Capital."
In addition, the document is based on the resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated April 10, 2012, No. 237, which concerns the annual observance of international days for the protection of children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
