In accordance with the new decree, three key documents have been approved:
- standard regulations for additional education institutions;
- sample charter for such institutions;
- regulations for conducting competitions for the positions of heads of state and municipal institutions.
According to the new procedure, directors of educational institutions who have held their positions for more than five years will be required to leave their posts and may participate in the competition on equal terms. Until new leaders are appointed, they will be able to temporarily perform their duties.
The competitive selection of new directors will be mandatory, and all procedures must comply with labor legislation and the norms of the Law "On Education".
Expenses for organizing competitions will be covered by funds allocated in the budget of the Ministry of Education for 2025 and subsequent years.
This decree will come into effect in ten days.
