The Ministry of Labor selects the best works for the Chingiz Aitmatov Award.

The Ministry of Labor, Migration and Youth is conducting a selection of works for the State Youth Prize named after Chinghiz Aitmatov.

The prizes are awarded for the best works in the fields of:

- literature;

- journalism and television;

- musical art and performance skills;

- visual arts (painting, sculpture, graphics, decorative and applied arts, and monumental arts);

- urban planning, architecture, and design;

- theatrical and circus arts;

- cinema (screenwriting, composition, directing, cinematography, and acting);

- science and new technologies;

- economics, business, and patronage;

- sports;

- for special contributions to the development of youth policy (to young citizens in leadership positions).
