Worked as a senior laboratory assistant, lecturer at the Department of Journalism of KGNU, senior consultant of the Committee on International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the Department of Television and Radio Journalism, and since 2000 - Dean of the Faculty of Journalism at KGNU. Specialist in Kyrgyz literature and the literature of the peoples of the new diaspora. More than 30 scientific works published, including 2 monographs.
