The total number of voters in the district is 136,220, covering the Batken region. Its boundaries include the city of Suluktu, as well as the following populated areas in full: the city of Razakov, the aiyl okrugs of Sumbulinsky, Ak-Suisky, Leileksky, Kulundusky, Zhany-Zhersky, Ken-Talinsky, and Toguz-Bulaksky from the Leilek district, as well as the city of Batken and all the aiyl okrugs of Ak-Tatyrsky, Ak-Saysky, and Samarkandeksky from the Batken region.
The early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in Kyrgyzstan were completed on November 30. A total of 460 candidates are participating in this process.
The country is divided into 30 electoral districts, from each of which three deputies will be elected, who receive the highest number of votes.
