The Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic held a meeting on December 7, during which the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for multi-mandate electoral district No. 11 were summarized. As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to officially recognize these elections as having taken place, and the protocol with the results was approved.
According to this protocol, the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from district No. 11 are:
- Tashiev Shairbek Kydyrshaevich — 24,302 votes (55.84%);
- Kylychbaev Altynbek Tairovich — 7,447 votes (17.11%);
- Salyamova Venera Khamsaevna — 4,839 votes (11.12%).
For the elections in district No. 11, 75 polling stations were created, where 155,495 voters were registered. The turnout was 28.36%, corresponding to 44,106 participants in the voting. Of these, 40,212 people voted at the stations, which constitutes 25.86%, while 3,894 voters used remote voting, accounting for 2.50% of the total number of voters in the district.
In the elections in district No. 11, 5 candidates were registered, all of whom participated in the voting. According to the protocol of the district election commission, which was drawn up on December 3, 2025, the votes were distributed as follows:
1. Salyamova Venera Khamsaevna — 4,839 votes (11.12%);
2. Tashiev Shairbek Kydyrshaevich — 24,302 votes (55.84%);
3. Kamchibekova Nurjamal Matisakovna — 1,219 votes (2.80%);
4. Kylychbaev Altynbek Tairovich — 7,447 votes (17.11%);
5. Kalberdieva Mavlyuda Kalmanatovna — 4,605 votes (10.58%);
6. "Against all" — 1,105 votes (2.54%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections, no complaints or statements were received by the Coordination Group for Operational Response. Based on the data presented in the protocol of the district election commission, the CEC recognized the elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for multi-mandate electoral district No. 11 as having taken place in accordance with the current electoral legislation.
