On December 5, the Central Election Commission for elections and referendums reviewed a request from the authorized representative of the political party "Yntymak" for a recount of votes in electoral district No. 22.

The authorized representative submitted a request for a manual recount of ballots at all polling stations in the district and for the provision of official data on the voting results.

However, the working group rejected this request, as no violations of the law were found at the polling stations in the district.

Thus, the Central Election Commission approved the conclusions of the working group.

According to preliminary data, the candidates Dastan Bekeshev, Bolot Ibragimov, and Gulya Kozhokulova won in the district.

In addition, the CEC also denied the recount of votes at several polling stations in district No. 3, where a representative of candidate Akylbek Shamaev contested the results at polling stations No. 5366, 5367, 5368, 5414, 5416, and 5420.

We remind you that early elections to the Jogorku Kenesh were held in Kyrgyzstan on November 30. A total of 1,584,446 (36.9%) voters participated, and 100 polling stations were opened abroad.

The elections were conducted under new rules considering the gender quota, which stipulates that there must be at least one female deputy from each district.

Overall, the voting process proceeded without serious incidents; however, some violations were recorded.

The final results of the elections will be announced by December 14, while preliminary data is currently available.

On December 3, the results of the elections in district No. 13 were annulled due to serious violations at 35 polling stations.
