The Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic today summarized the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, which took place in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 5, and approved the corresponding decision.
As a result of the voting, the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in this district were recognized as valid, and the protocol with the election results was officially approved.
The elected deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from district No. 5 are:
- Suleimanov Eldar Nurlanovich – 18,789 votes (36.66%);
- Isirailov Azamat Almazbekovich – 9,248 votes (18.04%);
- Akhmedova Aigul Abdilkhaevna – 5,225 votes (10.19%).
For the elections in district No. 5, 74 polling stations were organized. The total number of registered voters was 164,881, of which 52,172 people, or 31.64%, participated in the voting.
At the polling stations in the district, 47,892 voters (29.05%) voted, while 4,280 (2.60%) voted remotely.
In these elections in district No. 5, 14 candidates were registered, all of whom participated in the voting.
According to protocol No. 5 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, the voting results were distributed as follows:
1. Bargibaeva Jipargul Mukhtarovna – 286 votes (0.56%);
2. Sultanova Salima Ergeshovna – 1,723 votes (3.36%);
3. Isirailov Azamat Almazbekovich – 9,248 votes (18.04%);
4. Akhmedova Aigul Abdilkhaevna – 5,225 votes (10.19%);
5. Ormonova Jamal Akkozevna – 908 votes (1.77%);
6. Kamilova Dilbar Zulpuyevna – 756 votes (1.48%);
7. Mamataliyeva Bagdatgul Melikozievna – 1,780 votes (3.47%);
8. Berdikulova Elmira Mamateminovna – 559 votes (1.09%);
9. Isaeva Gulnaz Nazarbaevna – 834 votes (1.63%);
10. Altybaeva Ainuru Toichieva – 1,057 votes (2.06%);
11. Suleimanov Eldar Nurlanovich – 18,789 votes (36.66%);
12. Aitibayev Kurbanbek Gaiypbekovich – 3,678 votes (7.18%);
13. Abdullaev Azizbek Ashimzhanovich – 3,763 votes (7.34%);
14. Murzajigit kyzy Zarema – 1,183 votes (2.31%);
15. "Against all" – 1,463 votes (2.85%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections in district No. 5, only two appeals (complaints) were received by the Coordination Group for Operational Response. All complaints were reviewed, written responses were provided for each, and decisions were made, which were recorded in the Register of Complaints and Violations.
Based on protocol No. 5 of the district election commission on the results of the voting dated December 4, 2025, as well as taking into account information from law enforcement agencies regarding measures taken in response to reports of violations, the CEC of the KR recognized the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate electoral district No. 5 as valid.
