The CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the election results for district No. 29

On December 7, the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan held a meeting to discuss the results of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate constituency No. 29 and made the corresponding decision.

As a result of the meeting, it was established that the elections for deputies in the multi-mandate constituency No. 29 were successful, and the protocol with the voting results was approved.

According to the voting results, the following candidates were elected as deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh from constituency No. 29:
— Sydygaliev Nurbek Omurbekovich – 13,067 votes (23.45%);

— Belekov Adilet Cholponbekovich – 9,535 votes (17.11%);

— Junushalieva Gulsunkhan Ishengazievna – 6,688 votes (12%).

As part of the organization of elections in constituency No. 29, 102 polling stations were created, where 137,758 voters were registered. A total of 56,307 people actively participated in the voting, which constitutes 40.87% of the total number of registered voters.

Of these, 46,344 voted at the polling stations, which equals 33.64% of those included in the lists, while 9,963 voters voted remotely, accounting for 7.23%.

In the elections for multi-mandate constituency No. 29, the CEC of the KR registered 13 candidates, all of whom participated in the elections.

According to protocol No. 29 of the district election commission, drawn up on December 3, 2025, the candidates received the following results:

1. Belekov Adilet Cholponbekovich – 9,535 votes (17.11%);

2. Sydygaliev Nurbek Omurbekovich – 13,067 votes (23.45%);

3. Ibraev Talantbek Zhekshenovich – 505 votes (0.91%);

4. Toktomambetov Amankul Japarbekovich – 2,986 votes (5.36%);

5. Murzakimova Altynkul Zheinbekovna – 659 votes (1.18%);

6. Edilbekov Cholponbek – 827 votes (1.48%);

7. Junushalieva Gulsunkhan Ishengazievna – 6,688 votes (12%);

8. Tynaliev Aijigit Kazakbaevich – 5,471 votes (9.82%);

9. Tashtanbekova Madina Tashtanbekovna – 541 votes (0.97%);

10. Kuruchbekov Askarbek Baktybekovich – 1,905 votes (3.42%);

11. Esenkanova Aizada Satarbekovna – 265 votes (0.48%);

12. Abykeev Temirbolot Asanalievich – 5,133 votes (9.21%);

13. Kulbarakov Abtandil Ilduzovich – 6,789 votes (12.18%);

14. "Against all" – 1,363 votes (2.45%).

At the stage of preparation and conduct of elections in constituency No. 29, no complaints or statements were received by the Coordination Group for Operational Response.

Based on protocol No. 29 of the district election commission regarding the voting results, the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan, guided by electoral legislation, confirmed that the early elections for deputies in the multi-mandate constituency No. 29 took place.

Thus, the deputies from constituency No. 29 became Sydygaliev Nurbek Omurbekovich, Belekov Adilet Cholponbekovich, and Junushalieva Gulsunkhan Ishengazievna.
