District No. 30 includes: the city of Naryn, as well as the Ak-Talinsky, Naryn, and At-Bashinsky districts, with a total number of voters — 136,756.
Voting in Kyrgyzstan concluded on November 30 as part of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, with 460 candidates participating.
The country is divided into 30 electoral districts, from which 3 deputies will be elected to the parliament from each district, based on the highest number of votes received. A mandatory condition is the adherence to the gender quota: deputies from one district cannot be exclusively of one gender; the options are 2 women and 1 man or 2 men and 1 woman.
