District No. 15 includes the following territories: Kosh-Dobonsky, Ak-Jolsky, Sary-Cheleksky, and Kara-Kamyshsky rural districts, as well as the city of Kerben in the Aksy district. The rural districts of Ayr-Tam, T. Baltagulov, Intymak, and Ala-Buka are fully represented in the Ala-Buka district, as well as the Terek-Sai and Kanysh-Kiy rural districts in the Chatkal district.
The voting for the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh in Kyrgyzstan concluded on November 30. A total of 460 candidates are participating in the elections.
The country is divided into 30 districts, from each of which three deputies will be elected, based on the highest number of votes received. A gender quota is taken into account: deputies from one district must be represented by both genders — possible combinations include 2 women and 1 man or 2 men and 1 woman.
