- Talas district — 9,712 (20.49%).
There have been certain changes in electoral district No. 17. The Talas district of the Talas region has been added, while 9 polling stations from the Intymak and Ak-Bashat rural administrations have been excluded, which now belong to the Moscow district (part of electoral commission No. 18).
In district No. 17, there are 102 polling stations, which include: the city of Kara-Balta (17 PECs), Panfilov district (27 PECs), and 4 rural administrations of the Jail district (32 PECs).
