Abdrakhmanov, and Sadyrakensky of the Issyk-Kul district; fully covered are the Karasaevsky, Issyk-Kulsky, Balbaysky, Karkyrynsky, and Tyupsky rural districts of the Tyup district; in the Ak-Suysky district, the Khan-Tenirskiy, Karakolsky, Altyn Arashansky, and Kydyrakensky rural districts are fully included.
