The 30th electoral district includes the Ak-Tal, Naryn, and At-Bashinsky districts, as well as the city of Naryn, where 21 polling stations are open. At each of these stations, two police officers ensure safety and compliance with electoral regulations.
According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Naryn region, over 500 police officers, veterans, and community guards have been mobilized to maintain order at 170 polling stations throughout the region. Special documentation groups have also been created for rapid response to cases of violations, operating in an enhanced mode.

District boundaries: fully includes the city of Naryn; fully covers the Bayetovsky, Ala-Bugin, Kara-Burgon, and Togolok-Moldo rural areas of the Ak-Tal district; fully includes the Dobolun, Jan-Bulak, Zherge-Tal, Min-Bulak, Uchkun, Chet-Nurin, and Emgek-Tal rural areas of the Naryn district; and fully covers the Ak-Moyun, At-Bashinsky, Bash-Kayindin, Kazybek, and Kara-Suy rural areas of the At-Bashinsky district.
