As Erlan Kachkynbaev, head of the labor, social protection, and migration department of the Ak-Tala district, explained, the assistance was provided by a man named Akyl, who is a resident of the Aksy district.
“The other day I was in Bishkek for a meeting. After it ended, a stranger approached me and expressed a desire to help orphaned children. He did not introduce himself, only asked me to convey that the assistance comes from Akyl's family. We had a list of 17 children, and he handed over the clothing through me. I personally delivered the items to children from the village of Bayetov through our institution, while local social workers delivered them to other villages,” shared E. Kachkynbaev.
