Born in 1979 in the village of Novo-Konstantinovka, located in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region.

In 2004, she graduated from the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture named after N.Isanov, obtaining a degree in "architecture".
