The head of the district presented the order for Bolekov's appointment to the staff of the Balbay rural administration, as well as to the deputies of the village council and representatives of public organizations, expressing their wishes for success to the new leader.
It should be noted that the previous head of the Balbay rural administration, Maksat Bakasov, has been transferred to the Karasaev rural administration.

Since 2024 and currently, he has been working again as a manager in the municipal territorial administration No. 3 of the Karakol city hall;
Aktilek Bolekov was also elected as a deputy of the Karasaev village council.
