2.46 hectares of land have been returned to state ownership by the court
The decision regarding the illegal issuance of land plots was made against officials of the Datka rural council of the Kara-Suu district.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Agriculture, it was revealed during the court proceedings that these individuals, violating existing laws, provided plots for individual housing construction to 589 citizens without the necessary registration in the rural council's journal and without following the procedure for transforming land plots. As a result, some of them were issued state certificates for private ownership.
“Despite the requirements of the Regulation ‘On the Procedure for Providing Land Plots for Individual Housing Construction,’ approved by a government resolution, 41 plots of 0.06 hectares each were declared invalid by the court's decision. According to its ruling, the agricultural land plot with a total area of 2.46 hectares has been returned to state ownership,” the Ministry of Agriculture noted.
