“Based on the official request from the prosecutor's office of the Sokuluk district dated September 11, 2025, an important social decision was made by the administration of Jany-Pakhta on October 27,” the press service reported.
According to this decision, Aydane Sharipjanova, a full orphan, was allocated a plot of land on Simroud Street for the construction of an individual residential house.
This decision is based on the provisions of the Constitution, the Land Code, and the Code on Children, and is aimed at protecting the housing rights of children.
