As stated in the official document, the transfer of state property to the municipal ownership of the city has been approved. The land plot, with an area of 24.7 hectares, was previously under the balance of the Ministry of Defense and is located on the territory of military unit No. 92784. This step is aimed at meeting the socio-economic needs of Karakol.
The State Property Management Agency, in conjunction with the Ministry of Defense, has been tasked with transferring a land plot of 9.2 hectares to the city administration.
In turn, the municipality is obliged to accept the plot into ownership, ensure its preservation, and carry out the necessary state re-registration procedures. The maintenance and upkeep of this plot will be financed from the local budget, and its use should be limited to production, industrial, and social purposes.
