Myrzabek Akylbekov has been appointed as the head of the Jumgal District Department of Urban Development and Architecture of the Department of Urban Development and Architecture under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan.
This appointment is based on the regulations of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, which was approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 22, 2025, No. 221.
The appointment order was signed by the Minister of Construction, Nurdana Oruntaev.
- Previously, this position was held by Elmyra Isaevna Ashyrbaeva.
Biography:
Myrzabek Akylbekov Rakhатович was born in 1998 in the village of Chaek, Jumgal District.
After graduating from T. Tursunbaeva Secondary School in 2016, he continued his studies at the South Ural State University in Russia, which he completed in 2022, obtaining a degree in architecture.
Career
In 2022, he began his career as a specialist in the Jumgal District Department of Urban Development and Architecture;
from July 7, 2025, he worked as the head of the design department;
from August 20, 2025, he served as acting head;
and since November 3, 2025, he has been the head of the Jumgal District Department of Urban Development and Architecture.
Akylbekov is married and has one child.
