According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Architecture, Construction, and Housing and Communal Services, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, the head of the department, held a meeting with residents of a nine-story building located at: 28/1 Kurchatov Street. During the meeting, he presented a compliance certificate necessary for the building's commissioning.
This multi-story building was constructed by the company OsOO "Altyn Kazyq Plus" without adhering to all norms and standards, which long hindered its commissioning. As a result, residents faced significant difficulties in formalizing their property rights and obtaining the necessary documents for their real estate.
The Ministry continues its work on resolving issues related to problematic residential buildings.
