As a result of the inspection, it was found that a beauty salon "Erke Kyz" and a store "Pyaterochka" were operating illegally on the first floor of this building. It was revealed that additional structures had been unlawfully attached to the residential premises, which are used for commercial purposes.
Additionally, it was established that no urban planning conclusion had been developed for this object, and there was a lack of approval of the necessary documents with the Talas Regional Department of Architecture and Urban Planning.
As a result of these violations, breaches of urban planning and architectural norms were recognized, and the owners of the properties were held administratively liable.
