During the inspection, it was also established that the pharmacy point that received this batch of illegal medications sold them without a license and the necessary permits from the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of the analysis, medications were also identified without documents confirming their origin and quality.
Based on the identified violations, materials were collected and submitted to law enforcement agencies for further consideration and appropriate measures.
It should be emphasized that the circulation of medications without the necessary documents poses a serious threat to public health, as the safety and quality of such drugs are not controlled by government authorities.
The State Tax Service continues to actively work on identifying and preventing cases of illegal circulation of goods, including medications, within the country.
