Medicines were found in the pharmacy that were sold without a license
In the city of Osh, employees of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic discovered a batch of medicines that did not have state registration in the register of medicines and lacked documents confirming their quality and origin.
During the delivery of medications to one of the pharmacy points, carried out by citizen S.M.M., a batch of drugs was found that are not registered in the state register of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is assumed that these medications were intended to be sold through pharmacy networks for illegal profit.
An inspection of one of the pharmacy points that received this illegal batch revealed the presence of medications without documents confirming their origin and quality. It was also established that this pharmacy point was operating without a license and the necessary permits from the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Materials on the identified facts were prepared and sent to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment and appropriate measures.
