The project for the implementation of electronic licenses is being carried out within the framework of the mentioned Law and the Action Plan concerning digital transformation in the country.
Electronic licenses will be placed in the State Register of Lawyers and will be available on the official website of the Ministry of Justice. Citizens and government agencies will be able to check the status of lawyers' licenses online at any time.
The introduction of the electronic form eliminates the risks of loss or damage to licenses, as well as the need for re-registration or obtaining duplicates. This innovation will also help save budget funds by eliminating the use of paper media.
In the near future, licenses in electronic form will be integrated into the mobile application of the state platform "Tündük".
