According to the information from the ministry, work continues on the legalization of previously built residential properties without permits, as part of the directive from Minister Nurdana Oruntaev. The State Department of Architectural and Construction Control is carrying out this activity.
The director of the department, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, met with the residents of the nine-story building located at 28/1 Kurchatova Street, where he handed them a compliance certificate that allows them to legalize the property and formalize ownership of the apartments.
This building was constructed by the construction company OsOO "Altyn Kazyq Plus" without the necessary permits, which created serious difficulties for the residents in formalizing their property rights.
The ministry reminded that work on resolving issues with problematic buildings has been ongoing since 2025 at the direction of President Sadyr Japarov. The department plans to continue this activity to protect the rights of citizens who purchased housing in illegal buildings.
