A total of more than 141,000 voters are registered in this district, of which nearly 90,000 reside in the Issyk-Ata district.
Almazbek Rahmankulov voted at polling station No. 7142, located in the rural district of Jaiylma. He wished good luck to Takhir, a young man participating in the elections for the first time, and presented him with a gift, expressing hope that Takhir would become an active and patriotic citizen concerned about the future of his people.
