In the Chuy region, specifically in the Issyk-Ata district, land plots with a total area of 26.43 hectares have been returned to state ownership.
According to information provided by the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), this decision was the result of an investigation into a criminal case concerning the financing of organized criminal groups and the legalization of income obtained through criminal means. During the investigation, instances of extortion of funds from certain businessmen were identified, aimed at further financing of the organized criminal group associated with K. Asanbek.
As a result of investigative and operational actions, it was established that the returned plots are located in the territory of the Ak-Kuduk rural district and the city of Kant in the Issyk-Ata district.
