According to the agency, during the investigation, it was established that citizen K.A.V., who manages the farm, employed foreign workers without the necessary permits, medical certificates, and migration documents. These workers produced food products under conditions that did not meet sanitary standards.
There were also instances of labeling products with false information about production dates, which posed a danger to consumers.
On November 17, K.A.V. was detained on suspicion of committing criminal acts under Articles 168 (part 2, paragraph 3), 297 (part 1), and 379 (part 3) of the Criminal Code — these include organizing illegal migration, document forgery, and creating threats to consumers. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
