According to the GKNB, the detention occurred due to suspicions of committing crimes under Articles 168 Part 2 Item 3, 297 Part 1, and 379 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, it concerns illegal migration, document forgery, and creating threats to consumers.
“This individual attracted foreign citizens to work in unsanitary conditions without the proper permits, medical, and migration documents, producing food products for the population. Cases of falsifying information about the production timelines have also been identified,” the statement notes.
The head of the company "KAViKEV" has been placed in the GKNB temporary detention facility, and necessary investigative actions are currently underway.
Earlier, there was information about searches being conducted at the Kav&Kev office.
The KХ "KAViKEV" is engaged in food production, and according to the Ministry of Justice, it is headed by Klevtsov Alexey Viktorovich. The last re-registration of the company took place on April 16, 2025.
The office of KХ is located in the Lenin district of Bishkek, at Sadigaliyev Street, 7/7, Kyzyl-Asker microdistrict.
