It became known that a criminal case has been initiated against 39-year-old M.D.M., a native of Jalal-Abad, under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, part 4, for large-scale fraud.

According to the investigation, Dodik used deception to acquire land plots from citizens and then sold them to third parties. He also received an apartment from one of the construction companies in Manas to support his criminal activities.
It should be noted that the man had previously been convicted of robbery.
