During operational activities, it was revealed that the detainees used criminal ideology to extort funds from residents of the Nooken district, claiming that the collected money was intended to support prisoners in correctional facilities.
Additionally, it was established that the detainees applied both physical and psychological pressure on their victims, forcing them to repay loans taken out in the names of fictitious persons and for significant amounts.
It was also found that they acted with the support of an active OCG member named E.Murzakhmetov, known as Chach. In 2022, N.R.H., known by the nickname Rocky, was appointed as the "watchman" for the Nooken district.
