During the process of ensuring food security, violations were identified concerning the employment of foreign citizens in conditions that do not meet standards. In particular, workers are producing food products in unsanitary conditions, which jeopardizes public health.
The investigation also recorded instances of incorrect dating on product labels. Criminal cases have been initiated against K.A.V. under several articles of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, including 168 part 2 subparagraph 3, 297 part 1, and 379 part 3.
The work of the investigative authorities is ongoing.
