As a result of an inspection conducted by the commission, facts of illegal construction on lands designated for agriculture, including arable land and pastures, were revealed, indicating numerous violations of land legislation.
In this case, a material has been registered with the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun district, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning illegal seizure of land and illegal construction on agricultural land.
Previously, within the framework of this criminal case, both current and former deputies of the local council, as well as representatives of local self-government bodies, were detained.
During the investigation on November 11, 2025, the involvement in this crime of K.A., born in 1967, who held the position of head of the rural area of Vasilievka (now A. Sydykov), was established. She was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
