According to a statement from the Alamudun district administration, a special commission was established on August 6, 2025, to prevent illegal land seizures and unlawful construction activities. An inspection conducted in the village of Vasilyevka (plots No. 578, 569, 580) revealed numerous violations of land legislation.
On November 11, 2025, during the investigation, it was established that the former head of the rural area was involved in this crime. She was detained under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
