Since the beginning of July this year, the rural administration has taken over the management of the sand and gravel extraction process, which was previously carried out by private companies that paid minimal taxes. Over the past five months, it has been possible to significantly increase revenues, almost to 6 million soms. Due to the lack of its own cargo vehicles, it was previously necessary to rent trucks for work. Now, using a special five-year lease, a new vehicle has been purchased for 5 million 387 thousand 96 soms. It is planned to prepare sand reserves before winter, as in spring the water level in the river rises, making extraction difficult. Currently, the process of accumulating sand is underway, and with the onset of spring, sales will begin. "The acquisition of this transport will create additional opportunities for our rural administration," added Ruslan Alaychiev.
