According to the local rural administration, this initiative was proposed by the head of the rural district, Bakytom Kydyraliev, and supported by the deputies of the rural council. The main goal is to provide the population with quality coal at an affordable price ahead of the winter season.
Special equipment owned by the rural administration has been sent to Kara-Keche for the independent delivery of coal, which allows avoiding intermediaries. This practice was successfully used last year.
To ensure fair distribution of coal among local residents, a limit has been set: each family can purchase no more than 500 kilograms. The supply of coal will continue in the future.
Additionally, to ensure proper storage of coal, a new storage facility with a capacity of 1000 tons has been built using the local budget.
