The organization responsible for the procurement is the Chui Regional Department of Capital Construction, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The procurement process will take place in the format of an unrestricted and two-package competitive selection.
The total amount allocated for the project is 109 million 806 thousand 729 soms.
The deadline for submitting proposals from suppliers is November 10.
It is worth noting that as early as 2019, residents of the Kara-Bulak rural district expressed dissatisfaction due to the lack of a kindergarten in the region. According to them, the rural district included the villages of Kara-Bulak, Beysheke, and Altymysh, but none of them had a preschool institution.
A local resident, Zhyldyz Jumalieva, reported at that time that the number of preschool-aged children exceeded 200, and many mothers could not find work due to the absence of a kindergarten.
"Since the collapse of the USSR, we have not had a kindergarten. This situation deprives many mothers of the opportunity to work, which in turn leads to poverty. Many of them do not receive child benefits, so we urgently request the opening of a preschool institution," she noted.
Additionally, Jumalieva added that the nearest kindergarten is located in the neighboring village of Nur.
"To get there, you need to spend 1000 soms a week, which is unaffordable for many families. Moreover, the road there is quite dangerous for children," she emphasized.
