Temporary restrictions are being introduced for private carriers in the territory of the Kara-Keche coal mine. This was reported by the press service of OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur".
Currently, there is a significant shortage of coal at social fuel bases in the country, as well as a sharp rise in prices for solid fuel. To ensure timely replenishment of coal stocks and stabilize the price situation in the market, as well as to help low-income segments of the population obtain coal at affordable prices in the face of expected worsening weather conditions and falling temperatures, a decision has been made to temporarily restrict the entry of private carriers to the coal mine.
Private drivers wishing to assist OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur" can participate in the transportation of coal under cooperation agreements with the enterprise, which will provide them with work for delivering coal to regions at social fuel bases.
Once the social fuel bases are filled, the work of private carriers will be restored to normal.
