On October 30, citizens Sh.T. (born in 2002) and S.A. (born in 2007) approached law enforcement authorities, stating that they had been attacked by unknown individuals. The assailants, threatening them with a knife and using physical force, took their mobile phones and 5500 soms, after which they fled the scene.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated in the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District under Article 207 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspects, M.A. (born in 2003) and Zh.D. (born in 2009), were detained. M.A. has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department, while the minor Zh.D. was released under parental supervision.
The investigation is ongoing.
