The press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Issyk-Kul Region reported that on November 9, 2025, searches were conducted in the homes and outbuildings of local residents as part of this case.
As a result of the searches, prohibited items were seized, including fishing nets, weapons, and ammunition.
In the home of a resident of the village of Mikhailovka, born in 1982, the following were found:
- 5 synthetic fishing nets, each 500 meters long
- 1 pair of rubber waterproof boots
- 3 fishing hooks
- 8 fish heads, cut for use as bait.
In the home of a resident of the village of Kichi-Örüktü, born in 1948, the following were discovered:
- 1 double-barreled shotgun, caliber 32
- 2 double-barreled shotguns, caliber 12, and 1 single-shot shotgun
- 31 cartridges of the "Hektik" brand
- 9 cartridges of caliber 32 and 12 cartridge casings.
Also, in the home of a resident of the village of Tyup, born in 1990, the following were seized:
- 39 cartridges of caliber 5.6 mm for rifled weapons with a magazine
- 2 containers of shot
- 1 container of sulfur
- 2 containers of metal balls
- 4 cartridge casings.
— In the home of another resident of the village of Tyup, born in 1962, the following were found:
- 1 smoothbore shotgun IZH–18E
- 4 fishing nets, each 400 meters long
- 1 brass knuckles
- 1 rifled weapon
- 1 hunting rifle "Tir"
- 28 cartridges for smoothbore weapons
- 1 bag of shot
- 2 jars containing a narcotic substance (hashish) soaked in alcohol.
Additionally, at another address in Tyup, 1.5 liters of alcohol mixed with hashish were seized. All seized items have been sent for forensic examination, and investigative actions are ongoing.
