According to the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), the return of the property became part of the investigation of a criminal case related to the financing and legalization of income obtained through criminal means.
During the investigative and operational activities, the recreation center "Druzhba," located on a land plot of 4.5 hectares, was transferred to the ownership of the State Agency for Management of State Property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The complex includes 16 well-equipped cottages, sports grounds, a football field, and a restaurant, located in the village of Kuturgu in the Tyup district of the Issyk-Kul region.
