It was established that D.A. unlawfully used the land plot located near the village of Aral in the Chui district. This plot was intended for pastures; however, it was reclassified as perennial plantings without appropriate grounds. Additionally, D.A. installed a crushing unit for processing sand and gravel mixtures, which violates the intended use of the land and the requirements of environmental legislation.
As a result of an inspection conducted with the participation of specialists from the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzgiprozem" and the Land and Water Supervision Service, it was found that the land was damaged over an area of 0.41 hectares, which was assessed at 1 million 118 thousand 424 soms.

In connection with the above, on September 26, 2025, the prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case under Article 307 (Violation of the rules for the protection and use of mineral resources) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which was later reclassified to Article 212-2 (Bringing land into a state unsuitable for agricultural production) and transferred for further investigation to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui Region.
An investigation is underway in this case.
