Each plot will be leased at a set starting price, which does not include annual taxes and contributions to the Social Fund.
The municipality offers the following lots:
- Lot No. 1. Bus depot with administrative and warehouse facilities — 730,154.5 soms.
- Lot No. 2. Railway track 1,480 meters long and a plot of 7,400 square meters — 111,000 soms.
- Lot No. 3. Plot with an administrative building occupying 6.61 hectares — 1,274,189 soms.
- Lot No. 4. Non-agricultural plot of 8.78 hectares — 702,400 soms.
- Lot No. 5. Former treatment facilities covering an area of 27.39 hectares — 1,055,600 soms.
- Lot No. 6. Industrial plot with buildings covering an area of 6.87 hectares — 900,000 soms.
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide a copy of the passport, confirmation of the absence of debts to tax authorities and the Social Fund, as well as a completed competition proposal in a sealed envelope (one lot — one application).
The deadline for submitting applications is December 2, 2025, and the competition will take place on December 8.
