The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has decided to reclassify 234.8 hectares of land in the Pervomaisky district of the capital from "agricultural" to "land of populated areas." This resolution was signed by the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.

This decision is based on the provisions of the Land Code, as well as on the law concerning the moratorium on changing the status of irrigated lands, taking into account the request of the Bishkek city administration and the conclusions of the city land commission.

The transformation affects plots number 216, 219, 220, and 227, which comprise 230.5 hectares of irrigated land, as well as plot number 218 with an area of 4.3 hectares, classified as rain-fed land.

It is planned to construct multi-story residential buildings and social facilities on these territories.

These land plots belong to both private individuals and companies, including "Expert Invest" and "Oltrade."
