In the Chui region, particularly in the Moscow district, outstanding results have been achieved in sugar beet yields, as reported by the Ministry of Agriculture.
According to the agency's information, the seed-growing enterprise "Ala-Tuu-T" rents 308 hectares of agricultural land from the state fund in the Chui district, where it cultivates various crops.
This year, sugar beets were sown on 140 hectares, soybeans on 60 hectares, and winter wheat on 108 hectares.
Seeds of the "Acacia" variety were planted on 140 hectares, and the harvest is currently being collected. The average yield of sugar beets is 600 centners per hectare, which significantly exceeds the average figure for the district, which is about 460 centners per hectare.
